A focused working session for one important company decision, followed by a written Decision Memo and practical next steps.

VentureEdge is designed for solo founders building without a full leadership team.

At present, VentureEdge is focused on founders based in Ireland and the UK, or founders building companies that are targeting those markets.

Most work is delivered remotely through Google Meet, with sessions scheduled around the agreed engagement structure.

Founder Office is a paid 90-day engagement, scoped around the founder’s current priorities, decisions and build requirements.

Fees depend on the level of support, number of build workstreams and practical assets required. Scope is agreed before the engagement begins.
