Fractional Strategic Partner

From €600 per month

This is the starting monthly fee for founders who want regular, senior-level support while building their company. Pricing may be adjusted depending on scope of work, cadence, and level of involvement.

The aim is to provide consistent, meaningful input that helps founders move forward with confidence and intent.

What this typically includes

  • Fractional involvement (usually one structured session per week)

  • Ongoing access for questions and decision support

  • Hands-on support shaping direction and priorities

  • Business plans and pitch decks where appropriate

  • Preparation for investor conversations

  • Clear next steps as the business evolves

How engagements work

  • Engagements are fee-based and agreed upfront

  • Pricing reflects the agreed scope and level of involvement

  • A minimum commitment applies to allow meaningful progress

  • Founders retain full decision authority at all times

  • I work with a limited number of startups concurrently

These materials are used to support clearer thinking and faster progress, allowing our time together to stay focused on what matters most.

For organisations and programmes

Decision Discipline Programmes for organisations — including youth services, charities, schools, and enterprise bodies — are priced separately.

Because these engagements vary by audience, size, and format, pricing is provided on request following a short scoping conversation.
